Stay On Top of CoR Warns NHVR

The NHVR is warning Australian businesses and transport operators to stay on top of their Chain of Responsibility (CoR) obligations and that heavy vehicle safety should be front and centre, especially whilst there is currently extra pressure on freight.  Enforcement agencies will remain active in enforcing rules around fatigue and compliance during the coronavirus pandemic, with some operators already facing prosecution as a result.  To read the full story click here.
